Castleblayney should be extremely proud of a group of young people who took it upon themselves to organised a Shave and Wax in the Comet Bar in Aid of Castleblayney Cancer Society and The Oncology Ward In Cavan General Hospital.

It was a great night and a huge success raising €1,741.00 for Castleblayney Cancer Society and €1,741.00 for The Oncology Ward Cavan General Hospital.

Congratulations to local man Noel Gorman from Corrigan’s Kitchen Castleblayney on a highly successful shave in aid Of Castleblayney Cancer Society which raised a whooping€3,220.00.

The Horseman Inn Castleblayney hosted a very successful golf classic recently which raised a much needed €1,000 for Castleblayney Cancer Society.
